Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG- Ka Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Palembang Tri Anna Aryati Bc IP SH MSi didampingi oleh Kasi Pembinaan Endang Margiati Amd.IP S.Sos MSi mengatakan sejak April Lapas Perempuan Kelas II A Palembang tidak ada kunjungan langsung dari keluarga untuk menemui warga binaan.
“Di sini ada wartel, sehingga warga binaan bisa Video Call kepada keluarganya. Itu kita jadwalkan kurang lebih 15 menit untuk setiap warga binaan. Setiap hari mereka bergantian VC kepada kelurganya,” ujar Tri.
Selain itu, lanjut Tri, keluarga juga tidak boleh mengirim makanan kepada warga binaan. Pasalnya makanan juga rawan terkontaminasi virus termasuk dari bungkus makanan.
Tri menjelaskan, Lapas Perempuan Kelas II A Palembang membangun zona integritas. Yakni membangun organisasi yang tidak ada pungutan liar. “Kita murni pelayanan. Kita transparan dalam melayani warga binaan,” bebernya.
“Bahkan, kita ada program “Jingok Lapas”. Dalam program tersebut, keluarga warga binaan sebelum covid bisa melihat dapur, melihat makanan layak makan atau tidak, mushola, termasuk fasilitas lainnya yang ada di sini. Alhamdulilah Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Palembang selama dua tahun bertutut turut meraih prestasi Pelayanan Berbasis HAM,” tambah Tri.
Bahkan, lanjut Tri, sebelum ada Covid-19, kita ada program kunjungan ibu dan anak. Itu dilaksanakan pada minggu pertama setiap bulannya. “Untuk jumlah warga binaan di sini berjumlah 449 orang,” ucapnya.
“Kita juga ada program Sistem informasi Rapor Napi (Sirapi). Ada aplikasi yang bisa dibuka hanya keluarga, untuk mengikuti kelakuan warga binaan. Seluruh kegiatan warga binaan kita masukan di Sirapi. Kita berharap ada perubahan sikap napi ke arah yang lebih baik. Masuk napi keluar santri. Bahkan, pada tahun 2019, ada warga binaan kita meraih juara ketiga lomba Hafiz Quran 30 juzz. Dan masih banyak lagi prestasi warga binaan kita yang lainnya,” tandasnya.
Ketika ditanya, ada warga binaan Lapas Perempuan Kelas II A Palembang yang tertangkap kembali pascamelarikan diri saat sidang, Tri menjelaskan, kronologisnya adalah pada 27 Agustus 2019 napi keluar untuk sidang.
“Tenyata setelah sidang melarikan diri. Kita tunggu sampe sore tidak kembali lagi ke sini. Oleh sebab itu, kita buat laporan Sistem Database Pemasyarakatan. Nah 6 Oktober dari Kejaksaan Banyuasin mengantar ke sini, karena napi bernama Anita A tersebut sudah ditemukan,” tutupnya.

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the same comment. There has to be a means you can remove me from that service? Thank you.
