Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG | Kontingen Pengrov Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel berhasil meraih prestasi pada pertandingan Kejurnas Tahun 2022 di Tanggerang Banten yang berlangsung pada 15-18 Desember. Kontingen Pengrov Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel berhasil meraih 1 medali perak dan 2 medali perunggu.
Untuk ketegori senior individu Freestyle Solahuddin H.A.R berhasil meraih medali perak. Kemudian dua medali perunggu diraih atas nama Khanaya U-46 Putri dan Azzura kelas over 78.
Bahkan yang lebih membanggakan, Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel berhasil meraih predikat Atlet Terbaik Kategori Senior Free Style atas nama Solahuddin H.A.R.
Ketua Umum Pengrov Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel,Hj. Meilinda, S.Sos, MM mengatakan, dia sangat bangga atas prestasi yang diraih atlet Taekwondo Sumsel yang berhasil meraih medali pada Kejurnas Tahun 2022.
“Ini prestasi yang membanggakan bagi kita. Karena ada 3 atlet Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel yang berhasil meraih 1 medali Perak dan 2 medali Perunggu,” ujarnya, Minggu (18/12/2022).
“Kita sangat bangga Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel juga berhasil meraih predikat Atlet Terbaik Kategori Senior Free Style atas nama Solahuddin H.A.R,” ucap Meilinda.
Prestasi tersebut, sambung Meilinda dapat diraih karena kerja keras atlet dan pelatih yang tekun berlatih dalam waktu 2 bulan ini.
“Selamat untuk para atlet yang telah meraih medali. Untuk semua atlet Taekwondo Sumsel saya berharap kedepan untuk terus bersemangat meningkatkan prestasinya di tingkat Nasional dan Internasional,” katanya.
Ketua Bidang Prestasi (Binpres) Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel Carli Junicef Vratama mengatakan, awalnya kontingen Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel diremehkan Provinsi lain. Namun dengan berhasilnya atlet Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel meraih medali membuat terkejut provinsi lain.
“Kita bangga dengan prestasi atlet Taekwondo Sumsel yang telah berhasil meraih medali 1 perak dan 2 medali perunggu di pertandingan Kejurnas 2022. Kita bangga untuk kategori Senior Individu Male Freestyle atas nama Solahuddin H.A.R berhasil meraih medali perak dan medali perunggu diraih atas nama Khanaya U-46 Putri dan Azzura kelas over 78,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut Carli menuturkan, pihaknya bangga akan prestasi atlet Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel di Kejurnas Tahun 2022 ini. Karena ini menjadi momentum untuk bisa meraih prestasi lebih baik lagi dimasa yang akan datang.
Apalagi ada ada 3 atlit Sumsel yang dipanggil mengikuti seleknas Sea Games yakni atas nama Kevi, Rifal dan Rizky. “Pelaksanaan seleksi pada 19-22 Desember 2022 GOR UNJ,” ucapnya.
“Kedepan kita berharap atlet Taekwondo Indonesia Sumsel dapat terus meraih prestasi ditingkat Nasional dan Internasional,” tandasnya.
