Main Game Online, Fariez Terancam 4 Tahun Bui

Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG − Menggadaikan sepeda motor milik orang lain, sedangkan uang hasil gadai motor tersebut dihabiskan untuk main game online, terdakwa M. Al Farizi alias Fariez (21) warga Jl. Sriraya 2 Plaju Ilir Palembang, akhirnya dihadapkan ke persidangan didakwa JPU dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 4 tahun penjara.

Sebagaimana dalam dakwaan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Muhammad Faisal SH, bahwa terdakwa M. Al Farizi alias Fariez Bin Eldy Aldro, dengan sengaja dan melawan hukum memiliki sesuatu barang berupa 1 (satu) unit sepeda motor merk Honda Beat warna orange biru BG. 3250 OY tahun 2013, yang seluruhnya atau sebagian termasuk kepunyaan orang lain yaitu milik saksi korban Eka Maya Yulia Sari Binti Suprianto atau milik orang lain selain dari ia terdakwa, barang tersebut ada dalam kekuasaan terdakwa bukan karena kejahatan.

“Dakwaan pertama, perbuatan terdakwa sebagaimana diatur dan diancam pidana melanggar Pasal 372 KUHP. Dakwaan kedua, perbuatan terdakwa sebagaimana diatur dan diancam pidana melanggar Pasal 378 KUHP. Akibat perbuatan terdakwa korban mengalami kerugian yang ditaksir lebih kurang sebesar Rp.15.000.000,” ungkap JPU di hadapan Majelis Hakim Ketua Adi Prasetyo SH MH, saat membacakan surat dakwaan secara Telekonfrensi di sidang Pengadilan Negeri Palembang Klas IA Khusus, Senin (21/09/2020).

Sekedar mengingatkan, terungkapnya dugaan penipuan yang dilakukan terdakwa pada hari Jumat tanggal 17 Januari 2020 sekira pukul 20.00 WIB, bertempat di Jalan Di Panjaitan Lorong Palapa Kelurahan Plaju Ulu Kecamatan Plaju Palembang.

Saat itu terdakwa meminjam sepeda motor Honda Beat warna orange biru BG. 3250 OY milik korban untuk pergi ke rumah temannya di Lorong Sekolahan, tapi sepeda motor itu digadaikan kepada Ahmad Rizal sebesar Rp.2.500.000.
