Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG – Rapat membahas persiapan akhir pelaksanaan Kampanye Aksi Bergizi di SMA Negeri 1 Palembang dilaksanakan di aula SMAN 1 Palembang, Selasa (27/9/2022).
Aksi bergizi adalah program gizi remaja yang terintegrasi dan bersifat responsif gender untuk mendukung pemerintah Indonesia mengatasi beban gizi pada remaja yakni anemia, stunting dan obesitas.
PLT Asisten I Pemprov Sumsel bidang Kesra dan Pemerintahan Edward Candra mengatakan, kegiatan ini untuk mengampanyekan kesehatan, terutama pada remaja putri. Dimana pada usia produktif ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Sehingga beberapa waktu setelah tamat sekolah pertumbuhan dapat maksimal. Sehingga membantu masa reproduksi remaja putri itu nanti. Pada kegiatan nanti akan ada minum penambahan darah bersama.
“Dari data Riskesdas melaporkan bahwa 8 persen anak pada usia 13 sampai 18 tahun sebanyak mengalami kurus. Kemudian lebih dari 25 persen mengalami stunting dan 20 persen usia sekolah 5-12 tahun kelebihan berat badan atau obesitas dan sudah banyak remaja mengalami anemia. ”Dari data Riskesdas tahun 2018 juga didapat kejadian anemia pada anak usia 5-14 tahun sebesar 26,8 persen dan usia 15-24 tahun sebesar 32 persen,” katanya.
Dijelaskan Edward, sekitar 3 dari 10 anak di Indonesja menderita anemia. Remaja putri mengkonsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) menjadi salah satu indikator layanan intervensi gizi spesifikasi yang dipantau dalam peraturan Presiden nomor 72 tahun 202, tentang percepatan penurunan stunting dengan target 58 persen pada 2024 pada siswi jenjang pendidikan SMP dan SMA sederajat. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi dan kegiatan dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan remaja putri mengkonsumsi TTD salah satunya adalah kegiatan Aksi Bergizi ini,” ucapnya.
Edward menerangkan, pada hari Jumat tanggal 30 September di SMAN 1 Palembang, kegiatan Aksi Bergizi rangkaian kegiatannya adalah senam pagi, sarapan bersama, edukasi kesehatan dan gizi, pencatatan dan laporan TTD, skrining anemia (pemeriksaan HB) dan lainnya. “Minum Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) bersama, akan menjadi kegiatan rutin tiap minggu .Pada kegiatan Aksi Bergizi diikuti 300 putri dan 100 putra.Saya berharap kegiatan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Serta terus dilanjutkan secara mandiri oleh sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Sumsel,” bebernya.
Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumsel Trisnawarman mengungkapkan, kegiatan ini sebenarnya merupakan program Nasional yang dilakukan oleh Kabupaten/Kota. Dirinya mengaku untuk contoh atau louching pemberian tablet penambah darah dilakukan di SMAN 1 Palembang. Kemudian dilanjutkan kepada SMA dan SMP lainnya,” ungkap Tris.
Menurut Tris, pihaknya memberikan contoh atau gerakan bersama. Nantinya tablet penambah darah akan rutin diberikan kepada sekolah. ”Kita menghidari ada siswa yang stunting di Sumsel,” katanya.
Menurut Tris, meskipun angka stunting di Sumsel masih lebih rendah dari angka Nasional. Tapi untuk dilihat secara bersama angka tersebut masih termasuk besar dan harus segera dihilangkan. ”Dengan aksi kampaye gizi agar menurunkan angka stunting. Jangan makan satu jenis makanan saja. Kebanyakan anak-anak hanya hobi satu jenis makanan saja. Sehingga tumbuh kembang anak tersebut tidak maksimal. Masih banyak anak yang tidak hobi makan sayuran. Terlebih lagi ada anak yang hanya satu jenis makanan saja. Seperti suka makan ayam, anak tersebut tidak suka makan ikan. Maka itu pertumbuhan anak sampai usia remaja tidak la maksimal. Gizi yang seimbang didapat dari makanan empat sehat lima sempurna seperti yang kita ketahui bersama,” bebernya.
Sementara itu, Kepala SMAN 1 Palembang Moses Ahmad berharap agar kegiatan ini dapat sukses. “Kita berharap mendapatkan masukan dan saran dari semua yang hadir. Agar kegiatan yang dilaksanakan bersama ini dapat berjalan sukses,” katanya.
Oleh sebab itu, lanjut Moses, para guru yang hadir pada hari ini dapat mencatat semua masukan. Sehingga pada tanggal 30 September nanti pelaksanaan ini dapat sukses. “Kita diminta jadi tuan rumah, jadi kita mempersiapkan segala hal yang dibutuhkan dengan berkoordinasi dengan stakeholder,” pungkasnya.
