Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG- Terkait penolakan UU Omnibuslaw puluhan massa mengatasnamakan Serikat Buruh Sriwijaya Sumsel melakukan aksi di simpang 5 DPRD Provinsi. Mereka menolak keras atas disahkannya UU Omnibuslaw, Senin (12/10/20).
Serikat Buruh Sriwijaya Sumsel meminta kepada Presiden untuk mencabut kembali UU Omnibuslaw yang telah disahkan oleh DPR RI.
Ramli Anto selaku Koordinator Aksi sekaligus sebagai Ketua Umum SBS Serikat Buruh Sriwijaya Sumsel saat diwawancarai awak media Securitynews.co.id mengatakan, mereka hanya menuntut satu, meminta kepada presiden atau pemerintah agar untuk UU Cipta Kerja dikeluarkan Perpu untuk pembatalan UU Cipta Kerja.
“Kenapa kami menolak UU Cipta Kerja. Pertama banyak potensi pada PKWT berkepanjangan outshorchinng seumur hidup dan banyak hal lain termasuk upah， cuti, karena fungsi dari PKWT sendiri kalau itu berkepanjangan maka tidak akan mendapatkan hak cuti atau hak pesangon. Itulah kata kawan-kawan kenapa pesangon akan hilang karena penyebab salah satunya PKWT,” tegas Anto.
Lebih lanjut Anto mengungkapkan, PKWT adalah Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu, dalam pasal 59 UU No 13 itu dihapuskan dalam Cipta Kerja, ini yang berpotensi banyaknya nanti kawan kawan dilakukan PKWT Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu, yang tidak mendapatkan hak-haknya seperti cuti dan pesangon.
“Kami hari ini hanya menyampaikan aspirasi, jadi menyampaikan aspirasi ini agar publik tahu SBS atau Serikat Buruh Seriwijaya Sumsel menyampaikan kepada pemerintah bahwa Serikat Buruh Sriwijaya Sumsel menolak UU Omnibuslaw,“ tandas Anto.
