Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG- Kementerian Perhubungan cq. Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut melalui Distrik Navigasi Palembang kembali melaksanakan kegiatan program padat karya tahap II tahun 2022. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di Kantor Distrik Navigasi (Disnav) kelas 1 Palembang, Selasa (08/11/2022).
Kepala kantor Distrik Navigasi (Disnav) Kelas I Palembang Marta Hardisarwono, SE. M.Si, yang didampingi oleh Kepala Seksi Operasi Sarana dan Prasarana Darmapala, SE, MM, selaku Kepala Seksi Inventarisasi dan Penghapusan, Dedi Sutisna, SE, M.Si, Kepala Seksi Program dan evaluasi, Agus Imam Handoko, S. Si.T, MA, Imam Zaidanus, SH, M.Hum Kabid Logistik, Kepala Subbagian Kepegawaian, dan Umum Benny Sanjaya mengatakan, bahwa untuk kegiatan padat karya tahap II kali ini melibatkan 63 pekerja, sedangkan untuk tahap 1 yang pernah dilakukan di bulan Maret 2022 di tempat yang sama juga.
Lanjut Marta mengungkapkan bahwa padat karya tahap II ini meliputi 7 titik lokasi. Pertama di Dermaga Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas 1 Palembang dengan tenaga kerja sebanyak 10 orang yang pekerjaannya mencakup pembersihan halaman dermaga, kemudian di Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas 1 Palembang sebanyak 5 orang dengan pekerjaan pengecatan pagar Kantor Disnav Kelas 1 Palembang. ”Lalu 2 lokasi Disnav Palembang lokasi di Kenten dan Pandawa dengan tenaga kerja sebanyak 18 orang dengan kegiatan pembersihan dan pengecatan Kantor Disnav Kelas 1 Palembang Pandawa, serta pengerjaan pemeliharaan halaman Disnav Pelabuhan Kenten, lalu 3 lokasi di lampu suar alur pelayaran Sungai Musi yaitu Lampu Suar Selat Banjar, Lampu Suar Pulau Burung, Lampu Suar Sudimara, dengan tenaga kerja sebanyak 25 orang dengan pekerjaan pembersihan lahan dan pengecatan lampu suar,” jelas Marta.
Berikutnya di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung di satu titik lokasi yaitu di lokasi Menara Tanjung Kalian tenaga kerja sebanyak 5 orang dengan pekerjaan pemeliharaan bangunan menara Suar Tanjung Kalian.
Menurut Marta, kegiatan di titik ini bertujuan yang pertama yaitu untuk memberikan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sekitar guna menambah pendapatan masyarakat sekitar, dengan melibatkan tenaga-tenaga nonskill untuk membersikan dan mengecat dan ini untuk mendongkrak perekonomian masyarakat yang terdampak Pandemi Covid-19. “Untuk upahnya sendiri kita keluarkan dari anggaran kantor setiap satu orang akan mendapat upah sebesar 140 ribu/hari dan sudah termasuk makan. Adapun masa kerja berbeda kegiatan ini dimulai pada hari ini tanggal 8 sampai dengan 17 November 2022,” tuturnya.
“Kegiatan ini rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya dikarenakan distrik navigasi ini tidak ada proyek maka akhirnya kita lakukan kegiatan padat karya ini,” pungkasnya.
