Securitynews.co.id, PALI- Rencana aksi damai yang mengatasnamakan mahasiswa perihal angkutan batubara yang direncanakan di Kantor Bupati PALI pada Senin, 17 Oktober 2022 dinilai pembohongan publik.
Rencana aksi tersebut seperti pada surat yang beredar ditandatangani oleh Koordinator Aksi, Yogi S Memet dan Koordinator Lapangan, Dodi Febriansyah.
“Rencana aksi tersebut kami nilai sebagai pembodohan dan pembohongan publik. Pasalnya, kedua nama yang tertera dalam surat pemberitahuan tersebut bukanlah mahasiswa,” ujar Pegiat Sosial Herman dalam keterangannya pada awak media, Sabtu 15 Oktober 2022.
Menurut Herman, sepengetahuan dirinya, kedua orang tersebut bukanlah mahasiswa lagi. Mereka adalah staf Fraksi PDIP di DPRD PALI. “Yang artinya mereka adalah utusan partai. Dan mereka adalah kader suatu partai politik. Jadi suatu pembodohan publik, jika mereka mengaku-ngaku sebagai mahasiswa,” ucap Herman.
Menurut Herman adalah hak setiap warga negara untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya di muka umum. Namun, dia meminta agar hendaknya tidak mebawa-bawa pihak lain yang seolah-olah mendukung gerakan mereka yang barangkali saja ada agenda tersembunyi dibalik aksi tersebut. “Seperti pemuda. Kan Pemuda itu banyak bisa dipersepsikan salah nanti oleh masyarakat. Bagaimana masyarakat mau percaya dengan gerakan kita. Kalau dari start awal kita sudah tidak jujur dengan diri kita,” sindirnya.
Lebih jauh, Herman menjelaskan, jika dirinya mendukung perihal angkutan batubara melintas di jalan umum Kabupaten PALI. Pasalnya, jalan kabupaten PALI yang dilintasi oleh angkutan batubara tidak sampai Panjangnya 20 KM. “Itu artinya kalau kita berpikir mindsetnya kedepan . Banyaklah manfaatnya daripada mudharatnya. Utamanya membantu mamang, Wak dan saudara-saudara kita yang pengangguran. Begitu juga dengan ekonomi warga yang dilintasi oleh angkutan batubara, seperti bengkel dan rumah makan akan merasa terbantu,” paparnya.
Apalagi, lanjutnya, angkutan batubara PT BSEE melintas di jalan umum Kabupaten PALI sudah dirapatkan sebelumnya. “Harus kita pahami jika sebelum angkutan batubara melintas, Pemkab PALI, perusahaan dan stakeholder lainnya telah rapat dan duduk bersama sebelum diizinkan melintas. Sehingga dihasilkan lah suatu kesepakatan angkutan batubara boleh melintas dengan beberapa persyaratan,” cetusnya.
Lebih baik, kita ingatkan perusahaan perihal kewajibannya, ketimbang melakukan tuntutan yang sangat ekstrem. “Seperti meminta penghentian angkutan batubara melintas, permintaan cabut izin perusahaan. Saya kira kalimat tersebut sangatlah ekstrem. Jadi kesannya hanya memikirkan ego kita masing-masing tanpa menghiraukan nasib saudara-saudara kita yang mengantungkan nasib keluarganya menjadi sopir angkutan batubara,” akhirnya.
