Mengeroyok, Empat Pemuda Dipolisikan

Securitynews.co.id, SURABAYA- Beberapa pemuda terduga pelaku pengeroyokan yang menyebabkan wajah korban bengkak dan jari manis sebelah kanan mengalami keseleo, dibekuk Polisi.

Pelakunya berjumlah empat orang dan diamankan anggota Reskrim Polsek Karangpilang, Surabaya. Mereka berinisial, FR (25), JW (21), JF (21), dan AU (25) keempat pelaku ini warga Surabaya.

Kejadian pengeroyokan itu berawal, korban Moh Reza Zulkarnaen warga Surabaya, saat itu hendak masuk tol Karangpilang dan tiba-tiba korban mengerem mobilnya mendadak karena menghindari pembatas jalan yang terbuat dari plastik yang menjorok ke jalan.

Saat itu, mobil para pelaku berada di belakang mobil korban. Mereka marah, karena tidak suka saat korban rem mendadak. Selanjutnya para pelaku itu memarahi dan membentak korban.

Selanjutnya, ketika korban membuka pintu mobilnya ternyata salah satu pelaku mendorong pintu mobil sehingga mengenai wajah korban hingga bengkak.
Selain itu korban, juga dipukuli dan ditendang dan juga jari manis korban sebelah kanan mengalami dislokasi tulang.

Kapolsek Karangpilang Surabaya Kompol Samsul Hadi saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan jika ada aksi pengeroyokan dan petugas sudah mengamankan empat orang pelaku pengeroyokan dan mereka sudah ditahan. “Saat ini kasus itu kami tangani dan semua pelakunya kita tahan,” jelas Kapolsek, Kamis (22/10/2020).

Peran empat pelaku tersebut yakni, pelaku FR berperan mendorong dada korban, merusak kaca spion sebelah kiri mobil milik korban hingga rusak dan patah, juga memaki dan bentak korban.

Pelaku JW berperan mendorong korban, membentak dan memaki korban. Menurut korban, bahwa ketika dia membuka pintu mobil ternyata JW membentak dan mendorong pintu sehingga mengenai wajah korban dan mengakibatkan bengkak.

Pelaku JF ikut mendorong korban, memaki dan bentak korban dalam video menggebrak gebrak kap mobil milik korban.

Sedangkan pelaku AU berperan mendorong korban, menendang korban gunakan kaki, dan memaki korban dengan bahasa kotor.
Akibat perbuatannya, empat pelaku akan dijerat pasal 170 KUHP jo pasal 351 ayat (2) jo pasal 406 KUHP
