Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG – Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Palembang pada Pengadilan Negeri Klas IA Khusus, Selasa (3/12) kembali menggelar sidang lanjutan dugaan kasus suap proyek di Kabupaten Muara Enim dengan terdakwa Robi Okta Fahlevi. Terungkap di dalam persidangan ada fakta baru dalam keterangan saksi bahwa Bupati Muara Enim Nonaktif minta disediakan uang entertain kepada terdakwa Robi ditotal sebesar Rp 800 juta.
Pada persidangan kali ini Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) dari KPK RI di hadapan Majelis Hakim yang diketuai Bongbongan Silaban SH, telah menghadirkan delapan orang saksi yakni, saksi Aris HB selaku Ketua DPRD Muara Enim dan saksi Ahmad Yani, Bupati Muara Enim nonaktif yang kini berstatus tersangka.
Saksi Elfin Mucktar selaku Kabid Pembangunan Jalan sekaligus PPK Dinas PUPR Muara Enim, lalu saksi Ilham Sudiono Ketua Pokja IV Dinas PUPR Muara Enim, saksi Soriayama Kasubag Keuangan PUPR Muara Enim. Kemudian saksi Ramlan Suryadi Kepala Bappeda Muara Enim. Saksi Muhamad Rizal alias Reza PNS di Kantor Bupati Muara Enim dan saksi Agung Setiawan honorer di dinas PUPR.
Selain dana fee proyek yang telah ditentukan, dalam sidang lanjutan kasus suap dengan terdakwa Robi Okta Fahlevi terungkap pula fakta baru. Dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Tipikor Palembang, saksi A Elfin MZ Muchtar menyebut adanya permintaan dana operasional sebesar Rp 100 juta per bulan kepada terdakwa Robi melalui dirinya.
“Setiap bulan Rp 100 juta, untuk bupati Rp 75 juta saya berikan ke ajudan dan untuk wakil bupati Rp 25 juta langsung diberikan ke Juarsah,” ungkap Elfin kepada majelis hakim.
Dalam kesaksiannya Elfin juga menyatakan jika dirinya juga diperintahkan Bupati Muara Enim nonaktif untuk meminta uang entertain kepada Roby yang bila ditotalkan senilai Rp 800 juta.
“Itu semua di luar uang fee proyek. Jadi beda antara uang fee proyek dan uang operasional bupati dan wakil bupati serta uang entertain,” katanya.
Terkait fee 16 paket proyek, Elfin juga menuturkan, sejumlah uang dan satu unit mobil Toyota Lexus, Ahmad Yani juga mendapat tanah senilai Rp 1,25 miliar di wilayah Kabupaten Muara Enim.
