Securitynews.co.id, SIDOARJO– Seorang narapidana kasus terorisme (Napiter) Slamet Rudhu bebas bersyarat dari Lapas I Surabaya hari ini (24/1). Pria asal Batang, Jateng itu bebas setelah mendapatkan pembebasan bersyarat. Setelah bebas, dia berencana mendirikan usaha pembuatan tempe dan tahu.
“Tadi pagi sekitar pukul 09.30 WIB, petugas Lapas Surabaya melakukan pembebasan bersyarat seorang warga binaan pemasyarakatan kasus terorisme atas nama Slamet Rudhu,” ujar Kakanwil Kemenkumham Jatim Imam Jauhari.
Imam menjelaskan, bahwa Slamet dibebaskan bersama dengan tujuh warga binaan lainnya. Yang sama-sama juga mendapatkan hak pembebasan bersyarat. “Karena bersyarat, maka status pembinaannya dialihkan menjadi pembimbingan sebagai klien di Balai Pemasyarakatan,” terangnya.
Untuk mempermudah proses pembimbingan, Balai Pemasyarakatan Surabaya mengalihkan pembimbingan kepada Balai Pemasyarakatan Pekalongan. Slamet diantar langsung oleh wali pemasyarakatan sampai di rumahnya di Batang. “Untuk memudahkan proses pembimbingan, nanti teman-teman Bapas Pekalongan yang akan menentukan pola dan waktu pembimbingan yang cocok untuk Slamet,” terangnya.
Sementara itu, Kalapas Surabaya Jalu Yuswa Panjang menjelaskan bahwa Slamet mendapatkan pidana selama 3 tahun. Dia telah menyatakan ikrar di Lapas Kelas I Surabaya pada Februari 2022. “Pembebasan Slamet Rudhu selain didampingi wali Napiter juga menggandeng Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) setempat seperti Polisi, TNI, BIN, dan BNPT,” jelasnya.
Jalu menjelaskan alasannya mengantar langsung Slamet ke tempat tinggalnya. Yaitu untuk diserahkan kepada keluarga dan masyarakat setempat. “Agar masyarakat ikut aktif untuk melakukan pembinaan, sehingga tidak bergabung lagi dengan kelompok radikal,” terangnya.
Slamet mengungkapkan rasa bahagianya karena bisa bebas pada hari ini. Dia berencana akan mengembangkan berbagai usaha di tempat tinggalnya. Termasuk salah satunya adalah pembuatan tempe dan tahu. “Nanti mau bikin usaha lagi supaya menolong teman-teman yang lain untuk bekerja,” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, Slamet juga berkomitmen untuk mengajak teman-temannya yang masih radikal agar kembali lagi ke pangkuan ibu pertiwi.
