Securitynews.co.id, MUARA ENIM- Guna meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan aparatur pemerintahan tentang mekanisme pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Bidang Perumahan Rakyat pada fasilitasi penyediaan rumah yang layak huni bagi masyarakat korban bencana dan terkena relokasi program Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2022, maka Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim melalui Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Pemukiman menggelar Kegiatan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) Relokasi Rumah Korban Bencana dan Program Pemerintah Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2022 di Hotel Aston Palembang, Rabu (9/11/2022).
Kegiatan akan berlangsung selama 2 (dua) hari dari tanggal 09-10 November 2022, dibuka oleh Penjabat (Pj) Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Muara Enim H Riswandar dengan menghadirkan Narasumber dari Direktorat Sinkronisasi Urusan Pemerintahan Daerah II, Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Nitta Rosalin Kasubdit Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman), dan Kepala Pusat Fasilitasi Infrastruktur Daerah, Kementerian PUPR (Andie Pramudita Said Kepala Bidang Pelaksanaan DAK Perumahan dan Permukiman).
Pj Sekda mengatakan, SPM Perumahan Rakyat adalah ketentuan Mengenai Jenis dan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar yang merupakan Urusan Pemerintahan Wajib yang berhak diperoleh setiap warga negara secara minimal.
Berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 90 tahun 2019 tentang Klasifikasi, Kodefikasi, dan Nomenklatur Perencanaan Pembangunan dan Keuangan Daerah bahwa urusan Pemerintahan Bidang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman dengan Program Pengembangan Perumahan.
Salah satunya yaitu Pembangunan dan Rehabilitasi Rumah Korban Bencana atau Relokasi Program Kabupaten/Kota. ”Dimana untuk melaksanakan kegiatan ini, perlu adanya Standar Teknis guna tercapainya target kinerja SPM perumahan rakyat. Semoga, dengan adanya FGD ini dapat menambah wawasan dan pemahaman semua stakeholder bahwa SPM Perumahan Rakyat khususnya fasilitasi rumah yang layak huni bagi masyarakat korban bencana dan atau Program Kabupaten/Kota Muara Enim merupakan urusan wajib yang harus dipenuhi,” jelas Pj Sekda.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Muara Enim H A Yani Heriyanto juga menaruh harapan yang sama terhadap FGD ini. “Dengan diselenggarakannya kegiatan FGD ini diharapkan OPD yang membidangi bidang perumahan rakyat dapat memahami dan mengerti akan tugas pokok atau urusan wajibnya sehingga dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Muara Enim,” ucapnya.
Turut hadir dalam FGD ini di antaranya, Kepala Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan Sumatra V, Kepala Bappeda Provinsi Sumatra Selatan, Kepala Dinas Perkim Provinsi Sumatra Selatan.
Kepala BPBD Provinsi Sumatra Selatan, para Kepala Perangkat Daerah Lingkup Pemkab. Muara Enim, dan Tim Perumahan dari Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Bogor.
