Securitynews.co.id, MUARA ENIM- Perusahaan gas alam yang mengalirkan dari pipa galian dari rumah pelanggan di Muara Enim mengalami gangguan sejak Minggu malam.
Pantauan media ini di lokasi, penyebabnya salah satu jaringan pipa gas alam bocor. Sehingga, 2.368 pelanggan tidak teraliri gas alam. “Ketahuannya Senin pagi, ketika mau masak ternyata kompor tidak mau hidup, aku pikir cuma rumahku ternyata tetangga juga sama,” ungkap salah seorang pelanggan gas alam, Nurul (49) warga Jl Permai, Kecamatan Muara Enim, Selasa (11/10/2022).
Menurut Nurul, dia baru sadar gas alam mati saat akan memasak. Kemudian ia mencari tahu ke para tetangga ternyata keluhannya sama.
Satu hari setelahnya, baru dia mengetahui penyebabnya melalui pesan WhatsApp yang memberitahukan bahwa kebocoran pipa distribusi sehingga aliran dihentikan sementara.
Akibat tidak mengalirnya gas alam tersebut terpaksa dirinya kembali ke gas 3 kg untuk keperluan rumah tangga. “Beruntung saat ini gas 3 kg tidak terlalu sulit didapat. Coba kalau langka tentu tidak ada alternatif lain dan akan sangat menganggu aktivitas masyarakat,” katanya.
Nena (37) warga Kelurahan Air Lintang, Kecamatan Muara Enim mengatakan, dia juga baru mengetahui jika gas alam tersebut mati ketika akan masak.
Awalnya Nena mengira tokennya habis, lalu dia mengisi tokennya. Namun setelah dibeli ternyata gas tidak kunjung keluar.
Kemudian ia mencoba menelpon teman-temannya yang juga menggunakan gas alam dan ternyata menyampaikan keluhan yang sama. “Kalau ada kerusakan secepatnya disosialisasikan sehingga masyarakat cepat mencari alternatif dan tidak bertanya-tanya,” katanya.
Operation and Maintanance Gas Alam Muara Enim, Revi Aerah mengatakan, jumlah total pelanggan aktif gas alam di Kabupaten Muara Enim sebanyak 7.309 sambungan.
Namun yang terkena dampak dari kebocoran pipa gas alam ini hanya pelanggan di Kecamatan Muara Enim khususnya Kelurahan Pasar I, Kelurahan Pasar II, Kelurahan Pasar III, dan Kelurahan Air Lintang yang totalnya sebanyak 2.368 pelanggan.
Dikatakan, kebocoran pipa gas alam itu diketahui setelah ada laporan masyarakat yang mencium bau gas di sekitar tempat tinggalnya.
Petugas kemudian langsung melakukan pemeriksaan dan menemukan ada kebocoran pipa dalam tanah dengan kedalamam sekitar 1,5 meter.
Pipa bocor itu di pinggir Jalan Lintas Sumatra, tepatnya di Jalan SMB II Muara Enim.
Disebutkan, guna menghindari hal yang tidak diinginkan, maka sesuai SOP jalur pipa ke pelanggan harus diputuskan selama petugas melakukan perbaikan yang diestimasi dari tanggal 9-11 Oktober 2022.
Namun, jika melihat kondisi di lapangan, lanjut Revi, dimana lokasi areal galian yang sempit dan berada di jalan lintas sehingga penggalian membutuhkan waktu.
Sebab khawatir tertimbun tanah karena kondisi tanah labil dan berair.
Ditambah pula saat ini musim hujan, maka akan semakin rawan terhadap longsor. Dan juga setelah hujan, air di lubang galian juga harus dikuras.
Dia berharap, cuaca lebih bersahabat sehingga perbaikan lebih cepat lebih bagus. “Pemberitahuan kami berikan kepada pelanggan, melalui grup serta perangkat RT yang dialiri gas alam ini. Untuk itu jika terlambat kami harap maklum,” pungkasnya.
