Adhi Karya Palembang serta beberapa perwakilan tokoh masyarakat Kota Palembang terkait perbaikan infrastruktur jalan akibat proyek pembangunan di beberapa ruas jalan di Kota Palembang. Bertepat di ruang rapat DPRD kota Palembang, Selasa (24/01/2023).
Hadir dalam rapat yang dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD kota Palembang Zainal Abidin SH didampingi Wakil Ketua I Adzanu Getar Nusantara SH MH, Wakil Ketua II RM Yusuf Indra Kusuma, Wakil Ketua III Dauli ST., perwakilan dari PT. Waskita, perwakilan PT. Adhi Karya, perwakilan Dinas PUPR Kota Palembang, perwakilan BPPW Kota Palembang, tokoh masyarakat, dan beberapa anggota Dewan dari Komisi V.
Ketua DPRD kota Palembang Zainal Abidin SH mengatakan, dari hasil rapat dengan BPPW, PUPR, sakter dari pekerjaan PT. Adhi Karya sebagai pelaksana pekerjaan, dan PT. Waskita, meminta komitmen mereka terkait penyelesaian pekerjaan terkhusus jalan yang sudah dibongkar dikembalikan seperti semula. “Kita dapatkan bahwa mereka akan mengerjakan (eksisting), pengembalian semula dari pekerjaan yang dilakukan pembongkaran oleh PT. Adhi Karya khusus daerah merdeka dan sekitarnya di akhir bulan Februari. Kemudian untuk PT. Waskita daerah Pasar 16 Ilir, Jalan Kebumen, Tengkuru Permai, dan sekitarnya di akhir bulan Maret pengerjaannya. Mudah-mudahan bisa terealisasi tepat waktu, dan masyarakat yang terdampak pembangunan bisa bersabar dan dengan adanya tenggat waktu diharapkan mereka bisa tenang,” paparnya.
Zainal menuturkan selaku anggota DPRD Kota Palembang, pihaknya akan terus melakukan pengawasan terkait dengan komitmen yang mereka tadi sampaikan dalam rapat, serta menugaskan wakil ketua I yang juga bersinggungan dengan Dapilnya. ”Karena di sinilah kita melihat komitmen, progres dari mereka sehingga pekerjaan itu memang benar-benar direalisasikan. Kami sudah meminta mereka untuk koordinasi dengan OPD, Stekholder yang terkait, kami hanya mendengar keluhan masyarakat bahwa sebelumnya jalan itu bagus, dan kami meminta mereka untuk memperbaikinya seperti semula, itu harapan kami,” tutup Zainal.
Di tempat yang sama, Wisnu selaku Project Manager PT. Adhi Karya menyampaikan, untuk pekerjaan Ipal yang berada di lokasi Merdeka dan 22 Ilir akan diselesaikan maksimal di akhir Februari, karena saat ini sedang melakukan proses pengaspalan. “Jadi kami sebetulnya sudah melakukan perbaikan atau pengembalian kondisi permanen, bisa dilihat di area Merdeka. Secara keseluruhan apa yang menjadi beberapa masukan ataupun keluhan dari warga, kami selaku dari kontraktor pelaksana proyek kami mohon maaf karena memang project kita mulai start memang ini akan sedikit mengganggu aktivitas warga dan kami juga selalu intens komunikasi mulai dari RT, RW, Lurah, dan sebagainya,” terangnya.
Wisnu mengungkapkan, kendala dan hambatan di setiap ada projek pasti ada karena kebanyakan di lokasi yang ramai padat penduduk sering terjadi miss komunikasi dengan warga. “Terkait izin di lokasi jalan dimana ada satu dua hal yang dianggap mengganggu aktivitas warga, mau tidak mau kami door to door menjelaskan project ini sampai kapan dan selesai. Kami berkomitmen akan mengembalikan sesuai dengan kondisi semula, dan bahkan kami juga koordinasi dengan pemilik jalan kira-kira bagusnya seperti apa,” ujar Wisnu.
Sementara itu, Yanuar selaku Project Manager di Paket P2P Waskita menambahkan, dalam rapat tadi sudah dijelaskan bahwa pihaknya sebagai penyedia jasa akan segera mempercepat dan memperbaiki kembali lokasi-lokasi yang terdampak akibat pekerjaan yang dilakukan, dan akan mengusahakan secepatnya mengingat curah hujan yang masih tinggi, berdampak juga dengan pada pengerjaan proyek. “Target kami di area Pasar 16 sendiri untuk pekerjaan yang galian terbuka, pemasangan galian terbuka di scadulekan selesai di akhir Maret 2023. Kemudian lokasi lain terutama di jalan atmo dan lainnya di targetkan selesai di Juni 2023, karena lontrak kami di sampai Juni 2023,” ungkapnya.
Untuk mekanisme perbaikan pada intinya akan dikembalikan seperti semula sesuai asalnya. Jadi jika asalnya beton akan kami beton, jika misalnya aspal akan kembali ke aspal, sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang ada kontrak. “Kalau memang kerusakan yang terjadi dilakukan karena aktivitas kami akan bertanggung jawab, intinya yang kami perbaiki adalah sesuai dengan apa yang kami kerjakan,” pungkasnya.
