Securitynews.co.id, PALEMBANG- Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Sumsel kembali menggelar rapat kerja terkait perihal hasil dari monitoring progres pembangunan Fly Over Angkatan 66 Palembang bertempat di ruang rapat Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Sumsel, Selasa (16/8/2022). Rapat Komisi IV ini bersama PLN WS2JB dan Pertagas terkait pemindahan utilitas.
Rapat juga dihadiri Balai Besar Pelaksana Jalan Nasional III Sumatera (BBPJN), PUBM & TR Provinsi Sumsel, PUPR Kota Palembang dan PT Waskita.
Rapat dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Komisi IV DPRD Sumsel, Ir Holda MSi, yang didampingi oleh Wakil Ketua Komisi IV Hasbi Asadiki S Sos MM, dan Sekretaris Komisi IV DPRD Sumsel Nasrul Halim.
Ir Holda MSi ketika diwawancarai usai melakukan rapat bersama mitra kerja mengatakan,bahwa hari ini sudah menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan dan menyatakan kesepakatan bersama untuk pihak PLN dan Pertagas. “Pada intinya PLN dan Pertagas siap mendukung untuk percepatan pembangunan flyover Simpang Sekip. PT PLN bersedia untuk memindahkan utilitas tanggung jawab mereka semua dan itu dimulai pekerjaannya di awal bulan September. Dan Pertagas juga siap yang untuk melaksanakan bidang tugasnya,” ujarnya.
“Kami menyarankan PT Waskita karya itu untuk proaktiflah untuk berkoorinasi berbagai pihak, guna mendukung untuk pembangunan flyover ini cepat diselesaikan,” kata Holda.
Lebih lanjut Holda menuturkan, PT PLN siap memindahkan utilitasnya dimulai awal September. Begitupula dengan Pertagas juga siap melaksanakan tugas secepatnya. “Kami berharap PT Waskita Karya untuk berkoordinasi. Karena kita ingin lebih cepat lebih bagus agar kemacetan itu cepat terurai,” katanya.
Ketika ditanya terkait masih ada yang belum dibebaskan, Holda mengungkapkan, untuk masalah lahan itu BPN yang akan turun. “Pengukuran itu ada aturannya. Kalau untuk anggaran sudah ada semua. Kami berharap untuk pembebasan lahan beberapa persil lagi dapat segera diselesaikan,” bebernya.
Sementara itu, Sekretaris Komisi IV DPRD Sumsel Nasrul Halim menuturkan, dari hasil rapat kita dengan Pertaragas dan PLN, Besar Pelaksana Jalan Nasional III Sumatra (BBPJN), PUBM & TR Provinsi Sumsel, PUPR Kota Palembang dan PT Waskita. Pada intinya PLN dan Petragas sama-sama setuju dan sepakat untuk mempercepat pemindahan utilitas. “Untuk PLN mulai pengerjaan di bulan September dan dari Lertagas Insya Allah dalam waktu seminggu ini akan menyelesaikannya. Jadi apa yang disampaikan Ketua Komisi IV ibu Holda tadi sepakat bahwa kita meminta untuk pihak Waskita Karya dan BBPJN untuk terus berkoordinasi dengan PLN maupun Petragas,” katanya.
Terkait pembebasan lahan, Nasrul meuturkan, itu wewenang PUBM Sumsel dan PUPR Palembang. “Tidak ada masalah terkait harga. Sudah ada kesepakatan Insya Allah kita minta BPN untuk mempercepat pengukuran ulang. Sehingga dari hasil pengukuran ulang masyarakat lebih tahu bahwa mana yang bener -benar milik mereka,” pungkasnya.
